Overview

We intent to be allies with and a reference to our clients offering tailor-made whole solutions with sustainable quality. We are present worldwide and are supported by a reliable brand through a team that makes Atento the best place to work.


Our Strategy

In 2003, Atento conducted an analysis of the Contact Center segment and concluded that it was a commoditized market, threatened by strong competition, price pressure demanded by large clients and limited success in the sale of value-added services.


As a result, Atento created an idea of leadership as supplier of BPO / CRM services in markets whose native language is Spanish/Portuguese in order to become a reference in offshore solutions. To make it work, Atento had a Competitive Strategy based on Quality and Value Creation to the client's business. Since then, Atento has made efforts to execute its strategy based on the following:


* Partnerships with clients that are reference and leaders in the segments where they operate and have a high potential for outsourcing and financial soundness.
* Best business processes, directly affecting client satisfaction.
* Investment in people as a competitive source.
* Operating efficiency as a leverage for provision of the best service at the lowest cost.
* Group's value increase and return rate on money invested.


The execution of the strategy based on the Balanced Scorecard method was fundamental for the company's results, making improvements in its gains and results possible. The key items include focus on profitable growth, portfolio diversification and participation of clients from all segments of the economy, in addition to a strong appeal in people as the Company's source of competition.


In 2007, Atento detected business opportunities that would maintain and strengthen the competition strategy through quality and creation of value to the client's business. Then, Atento chose to practice an idea that met market needs. As a result, Atento developed its idea based on the following:

Product offering adjusted and increased to meet client needs in order to encompass all the value chain through whole services. Commercial status is based on the best cost for benefit created.

The key is to become a strategic, profitable ally to our clients through friendship, and in line with their end-clients. We offer improvement of experiences in services, global capacity, specialization and innovation, increasing client satisfaction. Therefore, we continue to develop competitive solutions that create results and perception of value to our clients. We offer services based on client knowledge, aimed at end-users satisfaction. These services have features that may be easily exported and are our competitive advantage. As for other BPO services, in addition to the BPO / CRM that we already provide, we offer whole solutions to make sure that the added value is being perceived.

We benefit on growth opportunities through our entrance in the United States and other countries whose native languages are different from Spanish and Portuguese. Atento operates in almost all economic segments and is currently focused on strengthening its leadership in the financial and telecommunication markets. Atento is also increasing investments in high growth potential segments, such as manufacturing, services and public segments.
